Dewey’s Pizza announces the launch of a new seasonal pizza, Smashing Pumpkin, and the return of their fan-favorite Harvest salad on Tuesday, September 19. The two seasonal offerings bring a unique sweet and savory combination to the Dewey’s line up, celebrating popular fall flavors. The Smashing Pumpkin pizza is available through Halloween (October 31) at all Dewey’s Pizza locations while the Harvest salad will be available through the end of the year.
Inspired by “Pumpkin Spice Latte mania” and increasing trends of savory pumpkin food items, the Smashing Pumpkin is sure to please foodies and adventurous eaters alike. The Smashing Pumpkin starts with a housemade whipped pumpkin ricotta base and then topped with mozzarella, crumbled Italian sausage, roasted shallots, and toasted pumpkin seeds.
