Pork Rind Meatballs & Zucchini Noodles - Southern Recipe Small Batch

Big bold recipes that use Keto-friendly pork rinds from Southern Recipe Small Batch. Eat, repeat and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef, or turkey

  • 3/4 cup plain almond milk

  • 2 large egg

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 2 clove garlic, finely minced

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients, form into ~1.5" balls and place on baking sheet.

2. Baked at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
