Pork Rind Meatballs & Zucchini Noodles - Southern Recipe Small Batch

Ingredients:
1 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, crushed
1 1/2 lb ground beef, or turkey
3/4 cup plain almond milk
2 large egg
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 small onion, chopped
2 clove garlic, finely minced
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, form into ~1.5" balls and place on baking sheet.
2. Baked at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
