Lemon Pie with Organic Ginger Thins Crust - Janis and Melanie

We betcha didn't know Organic Ginger Thins could get any more delicious ... well, it's your lucky day. Janis and Melanie accomplished a decadent feat we know you'll wanna get your hands on ASAP.

Step One: Crust


  • 8 oz Janis and Melanie Organic Ginger Thins, crushed

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 4 Tbsp. butter, melted


Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Add crust mixture into a glass pie shell and press to bottom and sides. Refrigerate 2-3 hours

Step Two: Filling


  • 14 oz condensed milk

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

  • 8 oz whipped topping

  • Fresh fruit for topping


In a large bowl, add all ingredients and whip to a fluffy texture. Add fluff to the chilled pie crust. Place fresh fruit on top of pie. Chill for two hours. Enjoy the freshness!
