Lemon Pie with Organic Ginger Thins Crust - Janis and Melanie

Step One: Crust
8 oz Janis and Melanie Organic Ginger Thins, crushed
1/4 cup sugar
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Add crust mixture into a glass pie shell and press to bottom and sides. Refrigerate 2-3 hours
Step Two: Filling
14 oz condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
8 oz whipped topping
Fresh fruit for topping
In a large bowl, add all ingredients and whip to a fluffy texture. Add fluff to the chilled pie crust. Place fresh fruit on top of pie. Chill for two hours. Enjoy the freshness!
