Keto Pizza Pork Rind Crust Bites
These handheld apps ditch the carbs, but keep the pizza spirit.
1 cup Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, crushed
8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
1⁄4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups Italian cheese, shredded
1⁄2 Tbsp. Italian spices
1⁄2 Tbsp. Garlic powder
1/2 lb. Ham, thinly diced
1/2 Pineapple, thinly diced
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Combine cream cheese, eggs, seasonings, and Italian cheese. Add ground pork rinds and mix well.
Use hands to press dough into greased muffin tin.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
