Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Account Manager include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Set Client marketing strategy and objectives
  2. Define client mission, goals and messaging
  3. Establish a clear, defined brand strategy both internally and externally on a national level
  4. Oversee online and offline media, including Public Relations and Digital
  5. Lead and develop 2-3 direct reports
  6. Create successful product launches and local store openings for clients
  7. Increase sales and market share for clients
  8. Increase sales and market share for the agency, adding 2-3 clients annually and growing existing client budgets as well
  9. Travel nationally to understand he food industry, trends and clients
  10. Develop relationships with, and understand, key clients (the environment, needs and consumers/customers)
  11. Develop new and innovative strategies for clients and for the agency
  12. Help clients to manage the product life cycle
  13. Learn and know the manufacturing and sales/retailer buying process

POSITION PROFILE

Required:

Administrative Assistant

We're looking for an administrative assistant. RMD Advertising is a fast paced advertising, public relations and social media agency specializing in growing and emerging food brands. Located in the I-270/Cleveland Ave. Westerville area, we are seeking a high energy individual with strong communication and organizational skills. This position will be an administrative assistant primarily to one Managing Partner. Duties include answering the phone, managing databases, minor accounting (invoicing) and some data entry. Candidates must be able to multitask, be enthusiastic and passionate about helping others. Positive traits include being organized and self-sufficient. This position can be either a full-time or part-time position. Part-time is at 25-30 hours per week to be worked around a consistent schedule of Monday-Friday and between the hours of 7:30 am to 6 pm.
